Luciano Subirá, like so many of his generation, neglected to eat well, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly. Then, when he was confronted by specialists, he realized the urgency of the change he needed to make in taking care of his body. On his journey, Luciano rediscovered biblical wisdom about the perspective of integral health, renewing his mind and then embracing a new lifestyle. Having left behind more than 60 kilos, Subirá shares his learning in the search for physical and spiritual well-being.
