Book Christian Reflections C. S. Lewis
Considered an apologist as brilliant as he was a critic of his time, C. S. Lewis gathers in Christian Reflections a series of texts covering almost all stages of his career, published in periodicals or read at academic meetings. In this work, Lewis ventures to discuss, analyze, and ponder topics as diverse as culture, ethics, literature, music, and devotional practices, all in his unique style. Without fear of controversy, he challenges the spirit of secularization he witnessed throughout his life (and which seemed more threatening in the 1960s, when this work was originally published) with robust theology, impeccable logic, and a solid conviction of the values of pure and simple Christianity that he embraced and defended until the end of his life.
